Hannah Roos

Hannah Roos is a healthcare, technology, and transactional attorney with over 10 years in various aspects of the legal industry. Hannah has developed a keen awareness that client needs extend beyond pure legal advice and is committed to helping organizations with their corporate, transactional, intellectual property and compliance needs.

Hannah excels in areas where most lawyers flee – she has a passion for drafting and editing highly technical and complex software, technology, and data rights agreements.  Hannah’s approach to agreements is to maximize her client’s financial position, while minimizing her client’s overall risk profile, not just legal risk.

A graduate of the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder, Hannah spent the first half of her career working with startup companies. This experience gave her a “big picture” business perspective that she uses to support her clients holistically. Now specializing in a blend of transactional law and healthcare law, Hannah has successfully worked with clients ranging in size from startup companies to Fortune 100 companies, negotiating contracts valued in excess of $15 million.   She is admitted to practice law in Colorado.

Hannah is a seasoned international traveler and has spent time living in the Middle East.  As a former semi-professional violinist, she has performed in Carnegie Hall.
